Zamanfou ({{langx|el|ζαμανφού}}), also known as ochaderfismos ({{lang|el|ωχαδερφισμός}}), is a widely accepted as prevalent attitude/approach to life in Greece that is nevertheless classed by some as a counterculture phenomenon, which involves social loafing as its principal characteristic.{{cite web|url=http://www.akyro.net/2007/05/03/social-loafing-%CE%AE-%CF%89%CF%87%CE%B1%CE%B4%CE%B5%CF%81%CF%86%CE%B9%CF%83%CE%BC%CF%8C%CF%82-%CE%AE-%CF%83%CF%84%CE%B1%CF%81%CF%87%CE%B9%CE%B4%CE%B9%CF%83%CE%BC%CF%8C%CF%82-%CE%AE-zamanfou/|title=Social loafing ή ωχαδερφισμός ή σταρχιδισμός ή… zamanfou.|language=el|date=2007-05-03|access-date=2007-08-20}}

The term is derived from the French phrase {{lang|fr|je m'en fous}} ("I don't give a damn"); the expression became known to Greeks before World War II, when French was the most common foreign language in Greece.{{cn|date=May 2025}} The associated term ochaderfismos derives from the Greek phrase for "oh brother!" ({{langx|el|ωχ αδερφέ!|och aderfé!|label=none}}).
