The Zhi Xian Party,{{efn|{{lang-zh|s=中国至宪党|p=Zhōngguó Zhì Xiàn Dǎng|l=China Constitution-Foremost Party}}}} also known as the Chinese Constitutionalist Party in English, is an unregistered political party in China. It was founded in 2013 by people who support the Chinese Communist Party's position as the country's ruling party, but who also seek a return to a Maoist model and an end to what they consider violations of the national constitution by the Communist Party. Bo Xilai was elected the party's "Chairman for Life", because the party considered the trial against him unjust.{{cite web |last = Hai |first = Yan |title = 薄粉顶风成立至宪党 推薄熙来为终身主席 |date = 10 November 2013 |url = http://www.voachinese.com/content/bo-supporters-set-up-new-party-20131109/1787219.html |publisher = VOA |access-date = 10 November 2013}}{{cite web |last = Chan |first = Minnie |title = Bo Xilai supporters set up new political party despite 'ban' |url = http://www.scmp.com/news/china/article/1351719/bo-xilai-supporters-set-new-political-party-despite-ban |work = South China Morning Post |date = 9 November 2013 |access-date = 10 November 2013}} The party was banned in December 2013.{{cite web |url = https://www.forbes.com/sites/hengshao/2013/12/17/bizarre-china-report-the-grand-wedding-power-play-smog-inspired-creativity/ |title = Bizarre China Report: The Grand Wedding, Power Play & Smog-Inspired Creativity |author = Heng Shao |date = 17 December 2013 |work = Forbes}}{{cite web |url = http://www.dw.de/ |title = Archived copy |access-date = 8 September 2014 |url-status = dead |archive-url = https://web.archive.org/web/20140908125429/http://www.dw.de/штайнмаєр-в-українській-кризі-зявилось-слабке-світло-в-кінці-тунелю/a-17694258 |archive-date = 8 September 2014 }}北京民政局发出取缔至宪党决定/a-17296892
