Zhong Ding ({{zh|仲丁}}), personal name Zǐ Zhuāng, was a king of the Shang dynasty.
In the Records of the Grand Historian he was listed by Sima Qian as the tenth Shang king, succeeding his father Tai Wu ({{lang|zh|太戊}}). He was enthroned in the year of Xinchou ({{zh|links=no|c=辛丑}}) with Bo ({{lang|zh|亳}}) as his capital. In the first year of his reign he moved his capital to Ao ({{lang|zh|隞}}). In the sixth year of his reign he attacked the Blue Barbarians ({{lang|zh|蓝夷}}). He ruled for 11 years (other sources say 9 years) before his death. He was given the posthumous name Zhong Ding and was succeeded by his brother Wai Ren ({{lang|zh|外壬}}).{{cite book |last=Bai |first=Shouyi |title=An Outline History of China |year=2002 |publisher=Foreign Language Press |location=Beijing |isbn=7-119-02347-0}}{{cite web |url =http://chinaknowledge.de/History/Myth/shang-rulers.html |title = The Shang Dynasty Rulers |access-date = August 7, 2007 |publisher = China Knowledge }}{{cite web|url=http://www.indiana.edu/~g380/Kings.pdf |title=Shang Kingship And Shang Kinship |access-date=August 7, 2007 |publisher=Indiana University |archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20080409215121/http://www.indiana.edu/~g380/Kings.pdf |archive-date=April 9, 2008 |url-status=unfit }}
Oracle script inscriptions on bones unearthed at Yinxu alternatively record that he was the ninth Shang king succeeding his uncle Yong Ji ({{lang|zh|雍己}}), given the posthumous name Sanzu Ding ({{lang|zh|三祖丁}}) and succeeded by his brother Bu Ren.
