Zoelmond is a village in the Dutch province of Gelderland. It is a part of the municipality of Buren, and lies about 10 km northwest of Tiel.

It was first mentioned in 1214 as Zolemunde, and means "mouth of the river Zoel".{{cite web|url=https://etymologiebank.nl/trefwoord/zoelmond |title=Zoelmond - (geografische naam) |website=Etymologiebank |access-date=21 March 2022 |language=nl}} The village developed into a stretched out esdorp along the former river. A chapel was built in 1404 which was expanded into a church around 1447. The tower dates from 1911.{{cite web|url=https://dbnl.org/tekst/sten009monu05_01/sten009monu05_01_0237.php |title=Zoelmond |author=Ronald Stenvert & Sabine Broekhoven |page=353 |year=2000 |publisher=Waanders |location=Zwolle |isbn=90 400 9406 3 |language=nl |access-date=21 March 2022}} In 1840, it was home to 536 people.{{cite web|url=https://www.plaatsengids.nl/zoelmond |title=Zoelmond |website=Plaatsengids |access-date=21 March 2022 |language=nl}} A grist mill was built in 1714, but it burned down in 1917 and the remainder was demolished in 1987.{{cite web|url=https://www.molendatabase.org/molendb.php?step=details&tbnummer=02472+i |title= (korenmolen), Zoelmond |website=Molen database.org |access-date=21 March 2022 |language=nl}}
