Princess Zofia Ostrogska ({{langx|lt|Zofija Ostrogiškaitė|links=no}}; 1595–1622) was a Polish–Lithuanian noblewoman of Ruthenian origin, known as the heiress of one of the greatest fortunes in Poland. She was the wealthiest woman in Poland.
