Agave angustifolia (Caribbean agave{{citation needed|date=October 2023}}) is a species of agave plant which is native to Mexico and Central America.{{cite web|url=https://powo.science.kew.org/taxon/urn:lsid:ipni.org:names:327760-2 |title=Agave angustifolia Haw. |date=2023 |website=Plants of the World Online |publisher=Royal Botanical Gardens, Kew |access-date=1 August 2023}} It is used to make mezcal and also as an ornamental plant. The cultivar 'Marginata' that white margins on the leaves is a popular variety cultivated in botanical gardens and backyards.
