Lechon kawali, also known as lechon de carajay or litsong kawali in Tagalog, is a Filipino recipe consisting of pork belly slabs deep-fried in a pan or wok (kawali). It is seasoned beforehand, cooked then served in cubes. It is usually accompanied with a dipping sauce such as sarsa ng lechon (lechon sauce) made from vinegar and pork liver or toyomansi (soy sauce with calamansi).{{cite web |title=Lechon Carajay Recipe |url=https://panlasangpinoy.com/lechon-carajay-recipe/ |website=Panlasang Pinoy |access-date=March 29, 2019|date=July 29, 2016 }}{{cite web|url=http://myfilipinorecipes.com/meat/lechon-kawali-recipe.html|title=Lechon Kawali Recipe|access-date=November 19, 2014|archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20100411053909/http://www.myfilipinorecipes.com/meat/lechon-kawali-recipe.html|archive-date=April 11, 2010|url-status=dead}}{{cite web|url=http://www.pinoychow.com/lechon-kawali/|title=Lechon Kawali|work=PinoyChow.com - Filipino Food Recipe}}{{cite web|url=https://ambersmenu.com.ph/lechon-kawali/|title=Lechon Kawali - Recipe 2024|work=ambersmenu.com.ph - Filipino Food Recipe}}
