Moon shrimp cake, ({{zh|t=月亮蝦餅|s=月亮虾饼|p=yuèliàng xiābǐng}}), is a popular Taiwanese xiaochi that is usually served in local Yunnanese-Thai restaurants. Shrimp, garlic, and pork fat are pounded then spread on a circular spring roll wrapper. Another wrapper is placed over top and the cake is panfried and served with sweet chili sauce. The name is said to derive from the shape of the cake that results, like a golden full moon.{{cite web |title=Innovation and Fusion: The 'Exotics' of Taiwanese Cuisine|url=https://taiwannews.com.tw/news/5675868 |accessdate=2024-06-24 |publisher=Taiwan News}}{{cite web |title=「月亮蝦餅」才不是泰國菜!身世謎揭曉⋯那是台菜啦!|url=https://www.setn.com/News.aspx?NewsID=653358&fb_comment_id=3207098795983649_4735468089813371|language=zh-tw |accessdate=2024-06-24 |publisher=SET News}}
