The Ombrone (Latin: Umbro) is a {{convert|160|km|mi|adj=on}} long river situated in the provinces of Grosseto and Siena, central Italy.

The Ombrone's source is at San Gusmè, near Castelnuovo Berardenga, on the south-eastern side of the Monti del Chianti. After a twisting route, it receives the waters of the tributaries Arbia, Merse and Orcia before reaching the plain of Grosseto near Istia d'Ombrone.{{cite web | url = https://www.researchgate.net/figure/Location-of-the-Ombrone-Pistoiese-and-Cecina-river-catchments-in-Tuscany-Italy-showing_fig2_321629306 | title = Location of the Ombrone Pistoiese and Cecina river catchments in Tuscany | website = ResearchGate | access-date = 2021-02-08 }}

It subsequently passes in the outskirts of the city of Grosseto, before flowing into the Tyrrhenian Sea.
