The English form is Ltd.

Julkinen osakeyhtiö (pl. julkiset osakeyhtiöt) means "public stock company" and is abbreviated to Oyj ({{IPA|fi|ˈoːˌyːˌjiː|pron}}). A julkinen osakeyhtiö can be listed on the Helsinki Stock Exchange. The term's Swedish equivalent is Abp (publikt aktiebolag).
