:Solar Physics (journal) → {{no redirect|Solar Physics}} – letter case suffices for disambiguation – Fgnievinski (talk) 04:42, 24 September 2014 (UTC)

- Oppose Solar physics and Solar Physics could easily be mistaken. This is a (journal) so being labelled as one does no harm and makes article easier to locate in a bunch of search results. In ictu oculi (talk) 10:09, 24 September 2014 (UTC)
- Oppose Agree with In ictu oculi. --Randykitty (talk) 14:32, 24 September 2014 (UTC)
- Oppose per above. Headbomb {talk / contribs / physics / books} 15:00, 24 September 2014 (UTC)

- Oppose as a different case for one letter does not suffice for disambiguation. Modest Genius talk 22:28, 24 September 2014 (UTC)
- You guys are wrong according to WP:DIFFCAPS and WP:PRECISE. Fgnievinski (talk) 02:40, 27 September 2014 (UTC)
- Oppose Agreed that WP:DIFFCAPS is relevant here. The last paragraph there says "this form of disambiguation may not be sufficient if one article is far more likely a primary topic than the other." I think this is the case here--the field of solar physics is much more of a primary topic than the journal. Thus I support Solar Physics being a redirect to Solar physics, and Solar physics having a hatnote pointing to Solar Physics (journal). --Mark viking (talk) 04:07, 27 September 2014 (UTC)

:Solar Physics (journal) → {{no redirect|Solar Physics}} – capitalization already offers enough distinction from solar physics. fgnievinski (talk) 00:46, 27 June 2021 (UTC)

- {{ping|Fgnievinski|Randy Kryn}} queried move request Anthony Appleyard (talk) 06:11, 27 June 2021 (UTC)
- Would respectfully disagree, the capitalized form should go to the Solar physics page, an easy search mistake which isn't actually that much of a mistake. Randy Kryn (talk) 04:05, 27 June 2021 (UTC)
- Oppose per the other Randy K. :-)
- Oppose and why was it attempted as a technical request with previous RM? In ictu oculi (talk) 14:27, 27 June 2021 (UTC)
- Oppose per the above. BD2412 T 00:48, 28 June 2021 (UTC)
- Oppose per others, just Solar Physics would not be clear enough. SunDawn (talk) 12:28, 30 June 2021 (UTC)
