= Appearance? =

"Chip tuning refers to changing or modifying an EPROM chip in a car's or other vehicle's electronic control unit (ECU) to achieve better performance, whether it be more power, cleaner emissions or better fuel economy."

...Better appearance? Ahanix1989 05:14, 4 November 2006 (UTC)

Yeah, what's that about? I'm removing it.

You can call me frootfuhk

Picture?

What sort of image would demonstrate this concept? Nave.notnilc (talk) 23:51, 25 January 2009 (UTC)

promotion

I removed some Powerchip promotion that is related to some drama:

  • [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia:Administrators%27_noticeboard/Incidents&oldid=402651889#Powerchip ANI]
  • Powerchip AfD

Please keep this out of the article unless high quality reliable secondary sourcing is established. 67.117.130.143 (talk) 06:39, 16 December 2010 (UTC)

Diesels

The article would benefit from the inclusion of diesel engines in the discussion, since remaps and tuning boxes apply to these, too. EdX20 (talk) 21:05, 21 January 2011 (UTC)
