The tendon of Todaro is part of the fibrous skeleton of the heart, located in the right atrium. It was described{{cn|date=May 2025}} by Italian anatomist Francesco Todaro. It is a continuation of the Eustachian valve of the inferior vena cava and the Thebesian valve of the coronary sinus.
It delimits the antero-superior boundary of the triangle of Koch. The apex of Koch's triangle is the location of the atrioventricular node.{{Cite journal |last1=McGuire |first1=Mark A. |last2=Johnson |first2=David C. |last3=Robotin |first3=Monica |last4=Richards |first4=David A. |last5=Uther |first5=John B. |last6=Ross |first6=David L. |date=1992-09-15 |title=Dimensions of the triangle of Koch in humans |url=https://dx.doi.org/10.1016/0002-9149%2892%2990574-I |journal=The American Journal of Cardiology |language=en |volume=70 |issue=7 |pages=829–830 |doi=10.1016/0002-9149(92)90574-I |pmid=1519544 |issn=0002-9149}}
