Precious
Every productive editor on Wikipedia is precious. If the number of active editors on Wikipedia is <0.5M and the world population is >8.0B, then the population of active editors on Wikipedia is less than 1% of 1% of the total! Yet Wikipedia remains in the top 20 of websites globally by traffic (and the only nonprofit site in that list) according to Amazon's Alexa Internet, so its reach is significant. If the goal stated above in the Wikimedia Vision Statement is to be realized, every editor making a positive contribution should be nurtured and considered precious.
