I just want people to know long, long ago, A.I.D.S. was ravaging the Bay area and a small group of determined people who wanted to help their sick friends decided to start something in Oakland California. In the early 1990's Oakland was found to be a great place for herb as there were low rents and many people in need without insurance or who just preferred the herb to pharmaceuticals.
