Information about myself
- I'm a huge fan of comics, video games, pro wrestling and movies.
- I joined Wikipedia on June 22, 2006.
- When I'm not editing Wikipedia, I'm editing Pro Wrestling Wiki: http://prowrestling.wikia.com/wiki/Main_Page as well as Pro Wrestling Answers: http://prowrestling.answers.wikia.com/wiki/Wikianswers_Pro_Wrestling
My views on various Wikipedia things
- Wikipedia isn't an anarchy. Policies and guidelines are in place for good reason. Even if you don't personally agree with them, doesn't justify you ignoring them.
- Autograph books should go. Wikipedia isn't MySpace. Being social is just fine, but signing a little book just to see how many you can get, and to show off your online friends is a bit pointless in the big picture of things.
- Not everything is suitable for Wikipedia, so deletions need to happen. Redirects aren't the correct route in every case.
- Edit summaries should be required. There's no excuse not to have one. It's useful, so people know what you did to the article.
