{{lowercase}}This template has {{tl|cot}} with several parameters. I use it with the Signpost on my talk page, by putting {{tlc|user:cimanyD/signpost}} above the message and {{tlc|cob}} below it. It can also be used for other things, by using the "text" parameter. Above is an example of how it could be used, with Example leaving a message with {{tl|lorem}}.
