Function details: Should be able to do this with AWB in bot mode. Not expecting to write any code. Will use More -> Categories -> Add Category. I'll probably set it to 10 seconds between edits. I'll figure out a way to extract the articles from those two lists, then eliminate duplicates, then plug the list into AWB.
