In 2024, MVP, with Netflix, promoted Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.{{Cite web |last=Otterson |first=Joe |date=March 7, 2024 |title=Jake Paul to Fight Mike Tyson in Live Netflix Boxing Event |url=https://variety.com/2024/tv/news/jake-paul-mike-tyson-fight-netflix-1235932856/ |website=Variety}} Paul emerged as the winner with a unanimous decision,{{Cite web |last=Velasquez |first=Jonny |date=November 16, 2024 |title=Jake Paul defeats Mike Tyson via unanimous decision in highly anticipated fight |url=https://edition.cnn.com/2024/11/16/sport/jake-paul-defeats-mike-tyson-via-decision-spt-intl/ |website=CNN}} with 65 million simultaneous viewers.{{Cite web |last=Kim |first=Sohee |date=November 16, 2024 |title=Netflix's Tyson-Paul boxing bout gets 65 million viewers at peak |url=https://fortune.com/2024/11/16/jake-paul-vs-mike-tyson-boxing-match-65-million-viewers-netflix-streaming-glitches/ |website=Fortune}} The fight drew some criticism due to the significant age difference. The 31-year age difference between Tyson and Paul is the largest age difference in professional boxing history, much larger than the previous record of 24 years between Mike DiBiase (25) and Archie Moore (49), with Tyson being 58 and Paul 27 years old respectively at the time of the fight.{{Cite web |last=Hale |first=Andreas |date=April 29, 2024 |title=Tyson vs. Paul to be sanctioned professional fight |url=https://www.espn.com/boxing/story/_/id/40049533/mike-tyson-vs-jake-paul-sanctioned-professional-fight |access-date=November 15, 2024 |website=ESPN.com |language=en}} Another point of criticism was how viewers watching on Netflix were met by "buffering issues", preventing many from watching.{{Cite web |last=Williams |first=James H. |title=Mike Tyson vs. Jake Paul: Netflix suffers significant issues on massive fight night |url=https://www.usatoday.com/story/sports/boxing/2024/11/15/mike-tyson-jake-paul-netflix-issues-buffering-reactions/76343456007/ |access-date=2024-11-16 |website=USA TODAY |language=en-US}} The co-feature bout was the rematch between Katie Taylor and Amanda Serrano for the WBA, WBC, IBF, WBO, and The Ring female light-welterweight titles,{{Cite web |last=Raimondi |first=Marc |date=April 16, 2024 |title=Katie Taylor will face Amanda Serrano in July 20 rematch |url=https://www.espn.com/boxing/story/_/id/39953803/katie-taylor-face-amanda-serrano-july-20-rematch |website=ESPN}} with Taylor winning by unanimous decision and retaining the title, however there was some controversy post-fight as Serrano accused Taylor of intentionally headbutting her during the fight. Taylor was deducted a point in the eighth round after previous warnings from the referee for headbutts. Later however, Serrano retracted her accusation, tweeting "In no way should I ever had said she did it purposely, it's her style that makes for them." Taylor's responded by saying "I certainly wasn't fighting dirty. It gets rough in there. It was an absolute slugfest, a war."{{Cite web |date=November 16, 2024 |title=Katie Taylor vs Amanda Serrano 2: Controversy as Irish star wins rematch by unanimous decision |url=https://www.skysports.com/boxing/news/12183/13255013/katie-taylor-vs-amanda-serrano-2-controversy-as-irish-star-wins-rematch-by-unanimous-decision |website=Sky Sports}}
