The 1938 Hillsdale Dales football team was an American football team that represented Hillsdale College as a member of the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) during the 1938 college football season. Halfback Albert Rizzardi was selected as a NAIA All-American, the first Hillsdale player to be so honored. Six Hillsdale players received all-conference honors: Rizzardi, Billy Trau, and Gordon Piatt at back; Jerome Zaiser at center; Ronald Larson at end; and Spencer Pratt at tackle.{{cite news|title=Hillsdale Lands Six Places on M.I.A.A.
