The 2007–08 UEFA Women's Cup knockout phase began on 14 November 2007 and concluded on 17 and 24 May 2008 with the two legged tie at the Gammliavallen in Umeå, Sweden and the Waldstadion in Frankfurt, Germany to decide the champions of the 2007–08 UEFA Women's Cup.
