The 2022 New Hampshire gubernatorial election was held on November 8, 2022, to elect the governor of New Hampshire. Incumbent Republican Governor Chris Sununu won election to a fourth term, defeating Democratic nominee Tom Sherman.
Sununu had "expressed interest" in running for the U.S. Senate in 2022 against incumbent Democrat (and former governor) Maggie Hassan. However, on November 9, 2021, he announced that he would instead run for a fourth term as governor.{{Cite web|date=2021-11-09|title=New Hampshire Gov.
