The 2024–25 Colorado Buffaloes women's basketball team represents the University of Colorado Boulder during the 2024–25 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Buffaloes are by ninth year head coach JR Payne and play their home games at the CU Events Center. Previous season

The Buffaloes finished the season 25–10, 11–7 in Pac-12 play to finish in fifth place.
