Al Raya (originally Dilbar, then Ona), is a motor yacht built in 2008 by Lürssen. She was originally built for Russian oligarch Alisher Usmanov and named Dilbar, after Usmanov's mother.{{cite web|url=https://www.clubyacht.net/yachts-and-owners/alisher-usmanovs-superyacht-dilbar/ |title=Alisher Usmanov's Superyacht Dilbar |website=Club Yacht |access-date=July 23, 2019}} The ship has an overall length of {{convert|110.0|m|ft|abbr=on}} and a beam of {{convert|16.3|m|ft|abbr=on}}.
