Alcithoe colesae is a species of sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk in the family Volutidae, the volutes.{{WRMS species|385227|Alcithoe colesae Bail & Limpus, 2005||25 April 2010}}

Description

The length of the shell attains 84 mm, its diameter 32.8 mm.

Distribution

This marine species is endemic to New Zealand and occurs off South Island at a depth of 165 m
