Alexandra Vyacheslavovna Patskevich ({{lang-rus|Александра Вячеславовна Пацкевич||ɐlʲɪˈksandrə pɐtsˈkʲevʲɪtɕ}}; born 4 November 1988) is a Russian competitor in synchronized swimming. She is a three-time Olympic, 13-time World and four-time European champion.
