Altotonga ({{langx|es|Municipio de Altotonga}}) is a municipality in the Mexican state of Veracruz. It is located about 80 km northwest of the state capital Xalapa. It has an area of 328.7 km² It is located at {{coord|19|46|N|97|15|W|}}.
