Anatoly Evgenevich Lokot ({{langx|ru|Анатолий Евгеньевич Локоть}}; born 18 January 1959, Novosibirsk) is the State Duma Deputy, the ex-mayor of Novosibirsk, Russia.

Biography

He is a member of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, and was previously a member of the State Duma.

Career

In December 1996 he became a deputy of the Novosibirsk Regional Council of Deputies from the Dzerzhinsky district of Novosibirsk. From 2003 to 2014 he was a deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation. He was elected in April 2014 with around 44% of the vote.
