Three lawsuits were brought by shareholders against HP, for the fall in value of HP shares. On 31 October 2015, Autonomy's software products were divided between HP Inc (HPQ) and Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) as a result of the Hewlett-Packard Company separation. In March 2019, HP brought a civil action in the UK courts.
