Avith ("ruin"Holman Bible Dictionary (1991), "Avith.") was an Edomite city. It was the capital of the Edomite king Hadad ben Bedad.International Standard Bible Encyclopedia (1915), "Avith."Holman Bible Dictionary (1991), "Avith."
