Mohamed Aziz Dougaz ({{langx|ar|محمد عزيز دوقاز}}; born 26 March 1997) is a Tunisian tennis player.

He has a career high ATP singles ranking of No. 192 achieved on 21 October 2024. He also has a career high ATP doubles ranking of world No. 261 achieved on 2 December 2019.
