Balangkayan (IPA: [ˌbalaŋˈkajan]), officially the Municipality of Balangkayan ({{langx|war|Bungto han Balangkayan}}; {{langx|tl|Bayan ng Balangkayan}}), is a municipality in the province of Eastern Samar, Philippines.
