Baotou Tomorrow Technology

Baotou Yellow River Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. ({{zh|s=包头黄河化工股份有限公司}}) was incorporated on 26 June 1997 as a subsidiary of state-owned enterprise Baotou Chemical Industry Group Corporation ({{zh|s=包头化工集团总公司}}). The company became a listed company in the same year, with the parent company still owned 57.53% shares as at 31 December 1999.

In 1999 "Beijing Beida Tomorrow Resources Technology" ({{zh|s=北京北大明天资源科技}}) acquired 47% stake of Baotou Chemical Industry Group Corporation for {{CNY|link=yes|108.6264 million}} and renamed to "Baotou Beida Tomorrow Resources Technology" ({{zh|s=包头北大明天资源科技}}).[http://quotes.money.163.com/f10/ggmx_600091_5102_1.html Announcement] (in Chinese) Due to the change of ownership of the holding company, Yellow River Chemical Industry also renamed to Baotou Tomorrow Technology Co., Ltd. on 3 September 1999. In 2002 Tomorrow Technology acquired 34% minority stake of Shandong Taishan Energy ({{zh|s=山东泰山能源}}) for {{CNY|252.1 million}} from {{ill|Xinwen Mining Group|zh|新汶礦業}}.

In June 2012, the major shareholder of Zhengyuan Investment had changed to Tomorrow Holding (36%), making Tomorrow Holding became the indirect major shareholder of Tomorrow Technology again.

Circa 2012 or 2013, Beijing Beida Jade Bird sold all their 30% stake on Zhengyuan Investment to parties other than Tomorrow Holding. Compared to 2008 disclosure, as of 31 December 2013, another shareholder of Zhengyuan Investment: Chongqing Kaitai Business Consulting ({{zh|s=重庆开泰商务咨询}}) had increased its stake from 8% to 31%; three investors withdrew (Beijing Beida Jade Bird, {{zh|s=北京明德广业投资咨询}} and {{zh|s=融泰天成(北京)科技}} for a combined 62% stake) and the introduction of two new investors (Tomorrow Technology (36%) and {{zh|s=深圳泰富邦宁贸易}} (33%)).

The second largest shareholder of Tomorrow Technology was Baotou Beida Tomorrow Resources Technology for 3.43% stake, the parent company of Tomorrow Technology from 1997 to 1999. As of 31 December 2015, State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Baotou Municipal People's Government owned 53% stake in Baotou Beida Tomorrow Resources Technology, with the rest owned by the company formerly known as Beijing Beida Tomorrow Resources Technology (now known as "Beijing Keyu Hengxin Technology"), a private company owned by Zhang Haixia ({{zh|s=张海霞}}) and Zhou Wuyun ({{zh|s=周五云}}).

The chairman of Baotou Beida Tomorrow Resources Technology was Li Jingbo, which was also nominated as the vice-chairman of Baotou Tomorrow Technology.
