History
Founded in 1967, the village is named after a flower.[http://www.hefer.org.il/site/he/eCity.asp?pi=2319 Bat Hen]{{dead link|date=October 2016 |bot=InternetArchiveBot |fix-attempted=yes }} Hefer Valley Regional Council {{in lang|he}} For a while it split into two settlements, Bat Hen Alef and Bat Hen Bet, though they later merged back into one.
