Begenchmuhammed Kuliyev ({{langx|tk|Begençmuhammet Nurýagdyýewiç Kuliýew}}, born 4 April 1977 in Soviet Union) is a Turkmen former professional football player. He was the top goal scorer of the Turkmenistan national football team in 2004.
