Bi Yan ({{zh|s=毕妍|t=畢妍|p=Bì Yán}}; born 17 February 1984) is a Chinese footballer who played as a midfielder{{cite web |title=Yan Bi |url=https://www.worldfootball.net/player_summary/yan-bi/ |website=worldfootball.net |access-date=16 February 2021}} and competed at the 2004 Summer Olympics.

In 2004, she finished ninth with the Chinese team in the women's tournament. She played both matches.
