Bircham is a hamlet in southern Alberta, Canada within Kneehill County.{{AltaML}} It is located approximately {{convert|78|km|mi|abbr=on}} northeast of Calgary and {{convert|10|km|mi|abbr=on}} southeast of Acme, along a Canadian National Railway line.
