C-C chemokine receptor type 11 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the CCRL1 gene.{{cite journal | vauthors = Khoja H, Wang G, Ng CT, Tucker J, Brown T, Shyamala V | title = Cloning of CCRL1, an orphan seven transmembrane receptor related to chemokine receptors, expressed abundantly in the heart | journal = Gene | volume = 246 | issue = 1–2 | pages = 229–38 |date=May 2000 | pmid = 10767544 | doi =10.1016/S0378-1119(00)00076-7 }}

The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the G protein-coupled receptor family, and is a receptor for C-C type chemokines. This receptor has been shown to bind dendritic cell- and T cell-activated chemokines including CCL19/ELC, CCL21/SLC, and CCL25/TECK. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding the same protein have been described.{{cite web | title = Entrez Gene: CCRL1 chemokine (C-C motif) receptor-like 1| url = https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sites/entrez?Db=gene&Cmd=ShowDetailView&TermToSearch=51554}}
