Cadotte Lake is an unincorporated community in Northern Sunrise County in northern Alberta, Canada.{{AltaML}} It is on the northern shore of the homonymous lake, along Highway 986, {{convert|79|km|mi|abbr=on}} east of Peace River and {{convert|68|km|mi|abbr=on}} west of the Bicentennial Highway (Highway 88).

It straddles the boundary between the Woodland Cree First Nation Reserve 226 and Northern Sunrise County. The western part of the community, inside the reserve, is known as the Cadotte Lake Indian Settlement,{{cite web | url=https://fnp-ppn.aadnc-aandc.gc.ca/FNP/Main/Search/RVDetail.aspx?RESERVE_NUMBER=08497&lang=e | website=Crown–Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs Canada | publisher=Government of Canada | title=Cadotte Lake Indian Settlement | access-date=2009-12-11 }} while the eastern part, in Northern Sunrise County, is designated a hamlet.

Cadotte Airport is located {{convert|2.7|km|mi|abbr=on}} east of the settlement.

The community is named for the nearby lake, as is the out-flowing Cadotte River, which lends its name to the Cadotte Member of the Peace River Formation, a stratigraphical unit of the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin.
