Career

Camille Ayglon started her career in 1999 at Handball Cercle Nîmes. Between 2008 and 2010 she played for Metz Handball, before returning to HBC Nîmes.{{cite web|url=http://www.car.fr/archives/et/et2012/images/DP%20JO%202012_complet.pdf |archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20161221005800/http://www.car.fr/archives/et/et2012/images/DP%20JO%202012_complet.pdf |publisher=car.fr|title=Dossier de presse|access-date=10 June 2017|language=fr|archive-date=21 December 2016}} With Metz she won the 2009 French championship, the 2010 French cup and 2009 and 2010 French league cup.

Ayglon played for various French youth teams. She debuted for the French national team on 1 March 2007 against China.

Post-playing career
