A member of the Democratic Party, his district includes most of the northwestern suburbs and exurbs of Pittsburgh.

Early career
After graduating from the Naval Academy, Deluzio served as a naval officer from 2006 to 2012, where he was a surface warfare officer and deployed to Iraq with an Army civil affairs unit. Personal life
Deluzio is from Thornburg, Pennsylvania, the son of Vincent and Rita Deluzio. His father owns a healthcare management consulting firm.
