Collective Pictures released a 10-minute short film entitled Code 8 on YouTube in March 2016. The short has accumulated over 6.9 million views as of January 2024.{{Cite web |last=Code 8 |first=Movie |date=2016-03-22 |title=Code 8 - Short Film [2016] |url=https://youtube.com/DqO90q0WZ0M?si=3Y97_SNRCWmf8pKG |access-date=2024-02-07 |website=YouTube}}
