Cossignano is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Ascoli Piceno in the Italian region Marche, located about {{convert|70|km|mi}} south of Ancona and about {{convert|15|km|mi|0}} northeast of Ascoli Piceno. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,029 and an area of {{convert|15.1|km2|mi2}}.All demographics and other statistics: Italian statistical institute Istat.
The municipality of Cossignano contains the frazione (subdivision) Ponte.
