Croatian Civic Party ({{langx|hr|Hrvatska građanska stranka}} or HGS) is a right-wing political party in Croatia. It was established in September 2009 by Željko Kerum, an entrepreneur and mayor of Split after he won the mayoral elections as an independent candidate. During his mayoral campaign, he often criticized political parties. Between 2009 and 2013, it was the ruling party in the city of Split in coalition with the far-right Croatian Pure Party of Rights (HČSP).{{cite web|url=http://www.hcsp.hr/index.php?subaction=showfull&id=1271697996&archive=&start_from=&ucat=1& |title=HČSP – Hrvatska čista stranka prava |publisher=Hcsp.hr |date=2017-05-13 |accessdate=2017-05-23}}{{cite web |url=http://www.split.hr/Default.aspx?sec=629 |title=Grad Split |publisher=Split.hr |accessdate=2017-05-23 |url-status=dead |archiveurl=https://web.archive.org/web/20110713085623/http://www.split.hr/Default.aspx?sec=629 |archivedate=2011-07-13 }}
