They released one self-titled EP on December 14th, 2004 and one live track recorded July 16th, 2005, at World Cafe Live in Philadelphia.{{cite web|url=https://myspace.com/thenorthernhues/music/album/world-cafe-live-2005-7771999|title=World Cafe Live 2005|author=The Northern Hues|website=Myspace.com|date=January 2005|publisher=Entertainment Weekly|access-date=June 16, 2016|archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20160813154542/https://myspace.com/thenorthernhues/music/album/world-cafe-live-2005-7771999|archive-date=August 13, 2016|url-status=live|df=mdy-all}} In mid-2005, the band split up; Avidan attributes the separation to personality conflicts and creative differences between the band's members, as well as a collective inability to gain greater recognition and success.{{citation|last=GameGrumps|title=We Wikipedia Dan: Ninja Sex Party - PART 2 - Game Grumps|date=2018-07-27|url=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aHK_D0X15ZM|access-date=2018-11-11}}
