David Allen Watkins (born March 10, 1943) is an American politician who was a Democratic member of the Kentucky House of Representatives from 2007 to 2017, representing District 11.{{cite web |url= http://votesmart.org/candidate/biography/58222 |title= David Watkins' Biography |publisher= Project Vote Smart |accessdate= April 24, 2014}} He was defeated for reelection in 2016 by Republican Robby Mills.
