Dhalo is a popular ritual folk dance form Goa, India.{{cite book|last=Mohanty|first=P.K.|title=Encyclopaedia Of Scheduled Tribes In India (5 Vols.)|isbn=81-8205-052-9|page=95|url=https://books.google.com/books?id=cGzQub7POOQC&pg=PA95|year=2006|publisher=Gyan Publishing House }} The dance is performed by women and serves as a prayer of protection for their households. The songs to which the dance is performed are usually sung in Konkani language or Marathi.The themes of such songs are commonly religious or social in nature. Technique

In comparison to Fugdi this dance is performed at a slower pace.
