Counties 3 Dorset & Wilts Central (formerly Dorset & Wilts 2 Central) is an English Rugby Union league, it forms part of and is administered by the South West Division{{cite web |title=Counties 3 Dorset & Wilts Central (C3DWC)|url=https://www.swrugby.co.uk/node/359|publisher=south West Rugby Competitions|access-date=11 March 2025}}, for clubs primarily based in Wiltshire, sitting at tier 9 of the English rugby union system. It was formed in time for the start of the 2021-22 season{{cite web |title=Dorset and Wilts League 2 re-organisation revealed |url=https://colernerfc.rfu.club/news/dorset-and-wilts-league-2-re-organisation-revealed |publisher=Colerne RFC |access-date=1 November 2021}}.
Promoted teams typically move up to Counties 2 Dorset & Wilts Central and sometimes to Counties 2 Dorset & Wilts North or Counties 2 Dorset & Wilts South depending on location. There is no relegation so demoted teams return to their county merit leagues.
Following the 2022-23 RFU Adult Competition Review the league changed to it's current name{{cite web |title=Senior Men's Latest News |date=12 July 2023 |url=https://dwrugby.co.uk/senior-mens-latest-news/ |publisher=Dorset & Wilts RFU |access-date=11 March 2025}}.
2024-25
