Metaverse Entertainment Inc. is an entertainment company founded in 2021 specializing in digital human production, virtual idol management, and VFX. The company develops various derivative content using its intellectual property (IP), including services linked to games and metaverse-based experiences. History
In August 2021, Netmarble F&C, a subsidiary of Netmarble, established a wholly owned subsidiary, Metaverse Entertainment, by investing 100% of its shares.

In April 2022, Metaverse Entertainment inked an investment deal with Hyundai Motor Group. On January 25, 2023, Mave: debuted releasing their debut single album Pandora's Box on January 25 with two singles: "Pandora" and "Wonderland (Idypia)". On Feburary 2025, Metaverse Entertainment announced new virtual girl group Priz-V embarked on various activities as a social influencer-themed virtual band, it said during a live showcase hosted by its agency.
