Sina is currently a Professor for harmony and composition at the University of Arts in Tirana, Albania. Career
He was graduated for musical composition at the Faculty of Music, at the University of Arts, Tirana in 1989, at the class of Professor Thoma Gaqi. After graduation Sina was appointed as lecturer for harmony at this University. He has participated in various international courses for composition including, among others, Festspielentreffen in Bayreuth, Germany (1993), at the Berlin University of the Arts, Berlin, Germany (1999), was composer-in-residence at the Brahms House (Baden-Baden) (Germany, 1995), at Forbidden City Chamber Orchestra, Beijing, China (2016) etc. He received the scientific title “Professor” in 2013.{{Cite web |title=F.A.Z.-Archiv |url=https://fazarchiv.faz.net/faz-portal/document?uid=FAZ__F19960719ALBA---100 |access-date=2023-01-18 |website=fazarchiv.faz.net}}
